In our first night here at the Sundance film festival and Fuller Seminary’s Windrider Film Forum, we  have already heard from theologian film makers, upcoming producers and folks like Ralph Winter (X-men, Star Trek, Mighty Joe Young).

The highlight of the night for me was a short-film called The Butterfly Circus, a depression era story based on the freak shows in circus life. The film makers at dinner with us and shared about this film below. I would encourage you especially if you work with young people to show this film and then dialogue about some of these underlying themes that are powerful, especially for young folks. I love the hearts of folks who pursue an art to tell a story that changes lives and that is what The Butterfly Circus has done!
Watch and enjoy.
